Wonderful Hotel Experience!

The staff was helpful! and the gym was really clean! I found very tasty food too. A bus to Palma was close to the hotel. There were excellent restaurants across the road with food of great quality.

the location was acceptable and close to restaurants. the nearby marina was easily accessible (a short walk).
the food was very disappointing. the tortillas were rock hard. the croquetas seemed like cheap frozen food. the food was also cold which was not appealing.

The hotel was close to many shops, the beach, and the marina. That was convenient. The staff were always friendly and helpful, I will give them that.
I found that you could hear everything from other rooms. Any noise like doors closing or even just talking was too easily heard. It.

The buffet breakfast was adequate. Nothing to write home about, but it did its job.
I had issues with the supposedly included spa access. It turns out you need to book a slot. also, the 'panoramic view' from my room mostly featured a building site.
