i felt pampered. the lobby's sparkling chandeliers and elegant marble floors made a great first impression. the staff was super friendly and always ready to help, always eager to. i had a prestige executive king room and it was so spacious, with great city views. the bed? comfy, like sleeping on a cloud!

the hotel doesn't provide free rubbing alcohol, a minor detail but it would have been useful.

the pool was acceptable and seemed quite clean.

The room felt quite outdated. there was a faint odor coming from the headboard that was noticeable while i was trying to sleep. plus, the air in the room felt stuffy, so i questioned how well it was cleaned. the food was also a disappointment. pancakes was greasy and unappealing, the food variety was limited and it didn't seem worth the cost.

I snagged an executive king room. It really felt tastefully arranged. the onsen spa was a treat, providing relaxation after long days. the rooftop bar served unique drinks, and the skyline view at night was amazing with a drink..

the doorman wasn't very proactive upon arrival, standing and watching while my husband opened the trunk.

I appreciated the complimentary Onsen Spa experience. It was rejuvenating. The rooftop bar provided excellent city views. I found the location quite convenient, with many attractions within reasonable distance. the staff were friendly, notably at breakfast and on the rooftop, they provided really good service.
