The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I found the room to be very clean. The bathroom was nicely appointed. Gated parking, and the proximity to Heathrow car hire was very convenient.

the hotel felt very clean. bedding was of good quality, and i found the bed comfortable. i appreciated having a fridge in the room, it helped keep my drinks cool. the location offered easy access to the tube station for trips.
the room felt a bit small for a longer stay, but it worked well for the few nights i was there.

the staff were happy to let us leave our car in the car park before check-in, really helpful! friendly staff helped us whenever we needed assistance, their service was always with a smile.

the location provides great access to heathrow airport, , made traveling so easy! it is a short walk to the tube station, which makes getting into the city centre very convenient.

The hotel was super clean. I loved that. it was also very close to the tube and other amenities which was useful. the staff are a complete credit. They were very cute and lovely people, always with a smile!!!
the fridge inside my room did not cool anything at all. i put a drink in for the whole night, but it was still at room temperature the next morning. a working refrigerator would have been so useful!!!

The rooms have excellent design, comfort levels and cleanliness. the rooms include good facilities, so i had everything i needed. the entire building was super clean. It was as clean as usual!!!

This guesthouse is located only five minutes from piccadilly tube line. Hounslow central station is close. i found a train station nearby, very useful. the hotel is easy to find!!!
