The staff was cute, especially the young man who helped with my bags! he even got me lovely bath bombs. i loved that the hotel was next door to bills. I had an evening meal there. the reception staff were very helpful, i must say.
My room was quite cold. I only had an electric heater to use. the heating was inadequate. but it was a very very slight issue.

My large room included great amenities. The location on the High Street proved perfect. It was a short walk to the train station and nearby parking. The foyer offered beautiful Christmas decorations.
The room lacked a mini fridge, which would have been useful for keeping drinks cool.

The room was spacious. I appreciated that it had a sitting area. The location proved very convenient. It was in the middle of the High Street.
Black stuff came out when I tried to use the iron. Therefore, I could not use it. I observed dusty cobwebs in the bathroom. The staff did not clean or inspect the iron, even though I left it out.
