amazing staff free bicycles
the staff were amazing and helped us plan visits to local attractions. the free bicycles let me explore the area, including around the tam coc town.

Excellent stay with great amenities!
helpful staff quiet area laundry service
I found the staff very helpful arranging tours. The personnel were kind and patient with children. The hotel is clean, located in a quiet area. I appreciated that rooms are very big and the laundry service is available per kilo and delivered back.
The outdoor fan in the gazebo wasn't working. There were also leaking pipes in the outdoor female bathroom. Pipes in the room were blocked, requiring maintenance to unblock the toilet late at night.

spacious room clean room leaking pipes defective fan
The room was spacious and clean. It had beautiful pictures on the walls.

limited buffet thin walls
the breakfast buffet was quite limited i thought. some dishes needed refilling often i noticed. also, the walls seemed pretty thin in the room i had. i could hear noise from the hallway pretty easily. next time i'll bring some earplugs perhaps, wHAT a nuisance.

spacious room nice shower free bicycles broken fan leaking pipes faulty scooter
My room was spacious. The shower was especially nice. The pool area was lovely. I used the free bicycles to explore the area.
The outdoor fan in the gazebo was not working. I also noticed leaking pipes in the outdoor bathroom. The scooter I rented was not in good condition. Its lights did not work
