amazing room and superb service!
king bedgreat showerlovely sitting areaeasy parking
the hotel room had a super king bed. the bathroom featured a great shower. the room decoration included a lovely sitting area! the sitting room near reception had fabulous decor, and i enjoyed relaxing there after dinner, it was magnificent. the hotel restaurant dinner was very good! i loved the breakfast server, she was good. there was easy parking available across the street.
there weren't any lifts available, just a minor inconvenience when i had to carry my bags to the room

the hotel housed lounge areas. they are large rooms full of character. the staff were helpful and smiley. breakfast was nice, and it was great to be waited upon. the overall experience was fantastic and i really enjoyed my stay.
the rooms feel slightly worn. the towel hooks in our bathroom were falling off the wall. i could see the unfinished drywall around the sink in the bathroom.

The room decor was AMAZING! The bed was super comfortable, and the bath was dreamy. The food tasted good and overall it was a NICE experience. Location, parking and the beautiful room decor made everything easier. The staff were very attentive, I would highly recommend it, thank you.
Our room felt slightly worn, but it wasn't a big deal. I noticed some minor wear, but I still had a pleasant stay.

the location was convenient for walking into town. i found every staff member i encountered during my short stay friendly. the decor and comfort were also great. breakfast tasted really good and so did the evening meal i had in teatro restaurant.
our room only had a glass door and you could see quite clearly through it. the toilet was positioned right in front of the door and the bed was facing it. i never saw a cleaner in any of the hotel and our room wasn't touched the whole time. there was dust in the bathroom on the towel rail and shelves.

the room was beautifully decorated. it felt luxurious. i found the extra shutters across the windows provided excellent noise reduction. the provided tea, coffee, fresh milk and water were thoughtful additions.. the ritual products in the bathroom added a special touch.
i found there was no lift, made navigating the floors somewhat difficult. this could pose a challenge with mobility issues.

My room had a very chic design. I found a great coffee machine and fresh milk in the fridge, which I thoroughly enjoyed!!! The hotel is a short walk into the town center. I liked the convenience. The staff was friendly and polite.
I think the rooms are feeling slightly worn. The hotel should solve this in the following months.
