poor lightingfaulty television
The room i got wasn't exactly what i expected. the tv seemed to have a mind of its own, not showing any channels and refusing to connect to wifi. the lighting was also quite dim. It reminded me of i was stuck in permanent twilight. definitely not ideal, though i made do

The room was okay. It served its purpose. the tv remote didn't work and i had to call someone to fix it. also, the breakfast buffet ran out of plates. This was a real inconvenience. the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, though i did get a coffee eventually.

the location was great! the staff were really helpful and always smiling. i got a room upgrade to a superior double room and it was a lovely surprise. the free water and kit kats in the fridge were so good!
The bathroom was quite small. It was hard to move around in the shower stall. also, the air conditioner wasn't working right, i had to call the front desk to adjust the temperature. there were stains on the blanket!?!
