the location was easy for using the train. it made getting around quite simple
I had an issue with the restaurant. I ordered a burger and found a hard bead inside. when i told the staff, they were dismissive and offered no real solution. i asked about making a complaint, but no one could give me information about it

the minibar offered complimentary juice and water , which i appreciated. i also liked that the shower had good pressure and there was ample space to hang clothes.
the rooftop bar felt exclusive , and i prefer a more relaxed atmosphere when i am alone.

The location is very convenient near the train station. I found a supermarket and a Starbucks nearby. The room included free water and fruit juice bottles (a detail I appreciated). I liked the spacious table and basin. It allowed me to organize my belongings.
The rooftop bar was quite busy, resulting in a slow service.

The free minibar was stocked daily. That was a really nice touch!!! the room felt spacious and comfortable. the train station is right outside the hotel. it made getting to both the airport and the city center super easy.
The tv required too many steps to connect to my laptop. It was a bit cumbersome.
