amazing stay!
delicious optionsmodern equipmentfast answersgreat initiative
i love this hotel so much! the breakfast offer includes many delicious options. the fitness area has modern equipment and is super clean. the hotel provides a whatsapp service for questions and i got fast, very helpful answers. sustainability process is a great initiative and is something i really value.
the shower was not draining well at all. it was a very slight issue but worth nothing.

my room was quiet and comfortable for sleep. it have enough space for me to move around and store my luggage. the bedsheets are soft, and the pillows are very supportive for a restful night.

hotel have excellent transport links and is close to the metro. the metro station is really near the hotel. the area have several restaurants and shops, what make it convenient to explore.

the metro station is near the hotel. it's super convenient i think. the staff was friendly and very helpful to me. the breakfast had many options and tasted good. the bed was comfy, that helped me a lot after long travel days.
the air conditioning don't work very well. the room felt warm at times. i had some issues to set it up and it wasn't cooling as much as i wanted.

the hotel had great access. it sat close to the Overamstel stop, only a minute away on foot. accessing the city center was easy using subway 51 in about a half hour trip from hotel.

the hotel is directly opposite a metro station. this made travel very easy. the room i booked (beautiful king) had a nice view and a comfy bed. the bathroom was clean and very nice.

the hotel is super close to the metro station (about 2 minutes). this makes it easy to get around. i found it to be very convenient for getting into the city.

i tried the breakfast, and it was pretty good. with all-inclusive breakfast, you get many choices. you will find something that fuels you for your ride into the city before having a stroopwaffel.

impersonal check-instained towels
The check-in process felt impersonal. I was surprised that the room lacked basic amenities. There was no complimentary water, which I find standard in hotels these days. I also noticed some stains on the towels. They were not up to par.

broken tvawful air conditioning
i found the tv in my room was not working properly. it lagged a lot, also the air conditioning was very bad. i would not recommend anyone to stay here during the summer. i asked the room service multiple times to fix the a/c. after that i changed rooms and had the same problem with no a/c. i slept struggling from the heat the first night, i checked out early and told them i would never return, i could not sleep in a sauna.

the location is super convenient. it is directly opposite the train station and i could access the city center quickly. the breakfast selection offers many choices. i saw donuts and pancakes and it looks delicious. the staff was nice and helpful and resolved my requests fast.
the shower drain was a little slow i notice.
