the hotel is directly opposite a metro station. this made travel very easy. the room i booked (beautiful king) had a nice view and a comfy bed. the bathroom was clean and very nice.

the hotel is super close to the metro station (about 2 minutes). this makes it easy to get around. i found it to be very convenient for getting into the city.

i tried the breakfast, and it was pretty good. with all-inclusive breakfast, you get many choices. you will find something that fuels you for your ride into the city before having a stroopwaffel.

the fitness area is very good (i made use of it!). the hotel has a modern look. it also has spa facilities, which are included. i found the hotel to be very comfortable.

Acceptable Stay with Room for Improvement
impersonal check-instained towels
The check-in process felt impersonal. I was surprised that the room lacked basic amenities. There was no complimentary water, which I find standard in hotels these days. I also noticed some stains on the towels. They were not up to par.

broken tvawful air conditioning
i found the tv in my room was not working properly. it lagged a lot, also the air conditioning was very bad. i would not recommend anyone to stay here during the summer. i asked the room service multiple times to fix the a/c. after that i changed rooms and had the same problem with no a/c. i slept struggling from the heat the first night, i checked out early and told them i would never return, i could not sleep in a sauna.

the location is super convenient. it is directly opposite the train station and i could access the city center quickly. the breakfast selection offers many choices. i saw donuts and pancakes and it looks delicious. the staff was nice and helpful and resolved my requests fast.
the shower drain was a little slow i notice.

my room include a queen bed, great for a restful night after sightseeing. there were ample towels and toiletries available. the soundproofing works very well and ensured a quite, undisturbed sleep.
