helpful concierge big bed club lounge
the concierge was super helpful when i got there. he even took my bags. the room was great. it had a big bed and a comfy seating area. the club lounge staff was so nice to me. francisco and leonor were perfect, they remembered my name. they are the best. daniela printed out my porto stay.

wonderful hotel experience!
professional staff clean room
the staff was professional. they were also warm and helpful throughout my stay. check-in was smooth. i seemed like a valued guest. my room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and clean!!!
i found that the gym is quite old and the treadmills made so much noise. the tv in the gym also didn't connect. i think it's an area that could use some upgrades.

noisy treadmills chaotic breakfast
The gym was disappointing. Some treadmills made a lot of noise. The TV in the gym also did not work. I thought the breakfast in the main hall was chaotic at 8:30 am. The lift stopped at almost every floor on my way down from the 18th floor.
