excellent service and perfect location
friendly staff early check in good breakfast
the staff were super friendly and accommodated my request for an early check in. i enjoyed being on the square listening to the sounds of the city over the weekend. it was a perfect spot. breakfast was good with plenty of choice
the street outside was busy with a lot of noise

a wonderful experience
helpful staff welcome package fresh fruit
the staff offered an excellent service, they were helpful and accommodating (especially andré). the hotel provided a welcome package of ginja and chocolates upon our arrival. the breakfast included delicious pastries, egg dishes, and fresh fruit. coffee made to order.
i found the street outside somewhat busy, with a bit of noise at times.

our king double room was spacious and clean. the bed featured soft linens. air conditioning worked perfectly and was very quiet. the bathroom had modern, clean amenities.

the staff greeted us warmly and provided assistance. they offered guidance and directions. andré provided really good help in planning our walking tour. every team member was very friendly.

the hotel design is interesting. the hotel has an award winning design, i appreciated that. the building is an architectural gem, with thoughtful touches. unloading luggage was convenient and parking was handled seamlessly.

I did enjoy the included breakfast. I found many choices available. the room got cleaned daily and i appreciate that. the staff was nice and answered questions i had.
The street outside was noisy at night and that bothered me. i would have liked a larger closet for my clothes. the elevator was slow. I used the stairs mostly.

friendly welcome welcome drink busy street nearby square
the staff provided a very friendly welcome we arrived i liked that our wet coats were hung up our bags were placed in our rooms. we were also taken for a welcome drink the manager gave us advice on places to go and where to eat and drink.
the location had a very busy street it had lots of noise ambulances passed by. many young men hung out in the area and nearby square this.
