the hotel accommodations were exquisite! the service was top notch! a manager, léna-rose, was thoughtful, professional, caring, and friendly! she. a waiter named arthur scemama always were pretty good too assure we had what we needed in a timely, professional, and kindly manner. he was articulate and displayed leadership!

the interior of the hotel felt bland and outdated. it doesn't seem to fit what you see on the outside.

The hotel had a great location. a walking tour was accessible within 3 minutes to the port. All the action is there. this made exploring the area very convenient and enjoyable.

the bistro provided a good dining option after traveling all day and arriving late. breakfast was quite good, with freshly made omelets available. the cocktails were decent for an evening refreshment.

The location was very central, lots to do and see within easy walking distance. the hotel was immaculately super clean and cozy. I found the staff attentive and very helpful, it was a cheerful experience!

the air conditioning did not work in my room, and my request to have it fixed was ignored. the mini bar had a small coke for €9, it felt a little overpriced.

My stay had a few problems. The breakfast service seemed disorganized. I waited a long time for coffee one morning. Some food at breakfast was not hot enough. The staff seemed friendly, but the service felt inconsistent. I did expect better from this hotel.
