helpful staffground-floor roomsmart decoration
the front desk staff member was helpful. he quickly offered a ground floor room when he noticed my mobility issues. the room had everything i needed, a very nice touch. it was also tidy and smartly decorated.
the staircase up to my room felt narrow with my bag.
