The welcome drinks were refreshing while i waited for check-in. The room was large, offering an excellent city and mountain view. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom presented beautiful fixtures. i found the breakfast wonderful, boasting many choices, though it was somewhat busy.
i encountered an issue regarding the absence of a coffee machine in the room. Only powdered instant coffee packages were available, not up to expectations.

The room was spacious enough, a Beautiful king room, appreciated after long days.
The breakfast buffet was mediocre. The variety was there, ALTHOUGH the execution fell short. The food was often cold. I also found that the service at the bar was inattentive despite repeated requests. It didn't meet the standard of service I expected in Japan.

the rooms are very clean. it is a ten minute walk to the city centre. i GUESS.
i got to the hotel way early for check in so i hung out in the lobby. the next day they gave me a temporary room. there wasn't enough room for my stuff, OF COURSE.
