the food was amazing!!! all inclusive drinks were local brands but they were good. there were loads of sunbeds around the pool. it was one of the best hotels i have stayed in on majorca and it beats a few of the 5 star ones.
the air conditioning did not work. there were constant and daily electricity failures in the hotel and room. there was no parking provided.

the hotel's location was lovely, the hotel overlooked the sea, so i had a amazing panorama of the beautiful beach. the views from the room and the terrace around the pool were perfect. the staff were always so lovely. I especially appreciated how friendly and helpful they were at the pool bar.
I found the gym facilities needed some improvements. It lacked modern equipment. the limited number of machines and the absence of updated technology detracted from what could have been a better fitness experience. i hope they consider upgrading to meet the expectations of today's travelers.

the hotel offered a good variety of food for everyone. the staff was very friendly and made an effort for each guest. the room was cleaned daily and had all the facilities i needed. location is excellent and the sea view from the terrace is beautiful.
The soundproofing was not the best. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The location offered easy access to the beach and nearby shops. The room provided sufficient space and daily cleaning was much appreciated. Breakfast had a satisfying selection. I enjoyed the beautiful views from the pool area, where I spent a lot of time.
Sometimes I preferred the stairs.
