I found the staff to be very friendly and cute. The hotel maintains excellent facilities. The surrounding area is fine. It added to the overall experience.
I noticed very minor queues at peak times for the coffee machines during breakfast.

The hotel offered a SUPERB breakfast with many options and cava. The spa facilities looked great and clean. A cala is right next to the hotel (this is a big bonus!).
The hotel gym is REALLY small.

The hotel's beach pool was fantastic. It allowed easy access to both the sea and a swimming pool. i enjoyed sunbathing until 8 pm. the food was high quality, with much selection. Asian night was a favorite. the staff was friendly and accommodating. they kept the hotel super clean.
the air conditioning in my room was not effective, slightly uncomfortable during warmer parts of the day.

the hotel features three swimming pools for guest enjoyment, also a spa area with both a sauna and steam room is available. the gym provides equipment that supports basic fitness routines.
