mixed experience at a centrally located hotel
small room rude staff
i booked a "junior suite," but i was given a small, basic room. it reminded me of a converted storage space. the room had no windows and was located by a walkway. the breakfast was awful and served in a basement with poor quality food.

wonderful stay in the city center
lovely decor spacious bathroom festive decoration
I stayed in a suite that featured lovely decor and space. the bathroom was spacious with a great shower. i enjoyed the restaurant food. The presentation was excellent. i appreciated the christmas decorations during my december visit. They were amazing and festive.
the pillows in my room were large but they were not comfortable to sleep on. i found this to be the only downside to my stay. better pillows would improve the sleeping experience significantly.

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring. The castle is about a 25-minute walk. i found many attractions right outside the hotel. this central position helped to.

This hotel is beautiful!!! The location was excellent. Walking to everything was easy!!! The room, a Junior Suite, was spacious. It was also very comfy and tidy!!!

charming stay!
spacious suite painted beams convenient location
the junior suite had such character. it included lots of space and hand-painted ceiling beams i found so lovely. nearby restaurants made dining convenient. the hotel's location allowed easy walks to major attractions!
The lack of on-site parking made arrival with luggage inconvenient. I had to manage the bags myself for a distance.

The hotel had a great location very near the square. It made exploring easy, the room, a junior suite, was quite spacious and well-kept with comfortable furnishings. breakfast provided plenty of options and a good start to each day. the decor was unique, preserving an old-world feel.
the mini bar prices were slightly elevated compared to nearby shops.

My room included two separate sinks. The room also featured a rainfall shower. Breakfast service offered a wide selection of options. I also found that it had plentiful options.
