My room had nice decor. The bed was comfy, so I slept well. This guest house had good location and parking, a plus for me.
Room 4 was bad. The shower hose leaked, it had electrical tape. The toilet seat was loose. It was missing a screw.

the room was a good size i found tea and coffee available. the ensuite bathroom was practical. i appreciated the late check-in option using a key pad.

The beds are very comfortable. super tidy. the room include extras like coffee, tea, and snacks. There was also a hair dryer and an ironing board. i found these thoughtful touches to.
The room was cold even with the heating on. That was a slight inconvenience.

The car park behind the building was quite handy. A detail i begrudgingly acknowledge.
the room reeked of smoke, a smell i couldn't shake. the lack of sound insulation combined with a busy road made for a noisy night. getting any rest was like a battle against both fumes and traffic.

the room was decorated nicely to a high standard. it had everything i needed for my short stay. off street parking was available with a designated bay per room, quite handy (i thought).
the bed wasn't the best, my only minor negative.
