the tv remote did not have batteries, it was annoying.

i was visiting for work. the hotel is beautiful and jamie and diane. it was a great experience from start to finish, rooms are fine with beds that are comfy. each room includes water, tea, coffee and biscuits.
i thought the price was a bit expensive. breakfast wasn't included so that was disappointing. i didn't see an option to buy it even with the menu at reception.
