A charming family getaway
clean room easy access superb swimming
the room was a garden view twin room, very clean and well-kept. i liked the easy beach access and the superb, big swimming pool (kids especially loved the slide!). the hotel also offered car service that was punctual and convenient.

the breakfast had great goan cuisine. there were four restaurants on the hotel. prices were a bit high, but food quality made up for this.

the staff provided prompt water refills by the pool. housekeeping kept the room very hygienic. there were a number of shops inside the hotel.

the hotel grounds included a very secure entrance. a nice walkway led to the beach. golf carts provided rides to and from the beach, though the walk was short (only about 3 minutes).

breakfast buffet local delicacies
the breakfast buffet was a daily HIGHLIGHT. the selection included many options. fresh juices and local delicacies were plentiful. staff at the restaurants provided attentive service.
housekeeping sometimes missed refilling amenities in the bathroom. i had to call to request extra shampoo. This should be more consistent for all guests.

my Lagoon view room had A king bed. it also included a spacious balcony with comfortable seating. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and premium toiletries. towels are of HIGH quality.

the resort features two large swimming pools. one pool has a water slide for children. the gym contains three treadmills and free weights. the private beach is clean.

fantastic goan getaway!!!
attentive staff stocked room quality soaps
i found the staff very attentive. they ensured my room was immaculate and fully stocked with toiletries. i particularly enjoyed the complimentary bottled water and high-quality soaps. the room service was prompt, and the food arrived hot!!!
i noticed some repair work in the parking lot. i hope they complete it soon!!!

slow service limited dining options
the beach was well maintained , but the water was not very clear.
i was very frustrated with the lack of attentiveness from the staff. it took an unreasonable amount of time to get basic requests fulfilled , like extra towels or information about hotel amenities. the slow service. the dining options were limited , and the quality did not justify the price.

serene stay
excellent breakfast resort golf carts maintained room various pools
i found the breakfast spread excellent with many options. golf carts made getting around the resort easy. my room was well maintained and included a nice view. the swimming pools offered different options for families , kids and adults.
the hotel seemed busy , and at times , i had to wait a bit longer than expected for service.

the housekeeping team responded quickly to requests , ensuring the room was always in great shape. staff members at the restaurant were very helpful with meal arrangements. team at the pool bar offered attentive service.
