Really good hospitality and beautiful hotel
modern equipment diverse cuisine seamless enjoyment
My stay included access to excellent facilities. The gym had modern equipment and was well-kept. I appreciated the multiple dining options, each offering diverse cuisines. The direct access to the beach was a definite plus, great for seamless enjoyment of the seaside.
i found that some areas of the hotel showed slight signs of wear.

The Caravela restaurant provided a great selection of food. The breakfast had a good combination of cuisines and dishes. There was attention to detail in the preparation of dishes making every meal satisfying.

The hotel is large with ample green space. Pathways near the sea were ideal for walks in the morning. I appreciated the consistently fresh breeze during both mornings and evenings. The location offers many restaurant options outside the premises.
The premium cottage room I booked felt small. I have experienced larger rooms elsewhere. South Indian dishes at breakfast were subpar. I observed that the hotel's upkeep seems poor.

beach location attentive staffs courteous staffs
I spent four nights here with my family, and the location near the beach was a total win! plus, the staffs were very attentive, especially hari the security guard, malus, and pravin near the pool area. They were super professional and courteous. we felt really safe and taken care of, and that meant a lot to us. I'd definitely come back for that peace of mind!

Acceptable Stay
attentive staff villa view couples massage small room poor food high price
The staff were polite. Diksha from the reception team stood out. She fulfilled my requests before check-in. She secured a villa with good views and delivered surprises for my wedding anniversary. Jiva provided a nice couples massage, focusing on areas we specified beforehand.
My cottage room was small. It lacked the size I have experienced at other places. The south indian food at breakfast was not very good. It did not seem worth the money compared to other hotels of similar price.
