the breakfast included fresh fruit. they also offered a good choice of cooked options. the location was quiet and away from the main roads.
the room i stayed in felt quite small. i struggled to open my suitcase fully. the dormer window frame could not be closed properly! so the room was a bit cold.

The self-check-in process proved more frustrating than convenient. i struggled with the instructions and missed a crucial symbol in the code. This meant i had to call for assistance. additionally, the window frame in my room had a noticeable bow, this prevented it from closing properly. a draft made the room quite cold, especially since the bed was right under the window.

The location allowed easy access to town. Parking availability meant i could leave my car there. Breakfast was great and very filling. The host ensured i had everything i needed each morning.
The bedroom decor felt a little dated. The washroom sink felt small. The space made it a little awkward to use.

My single room had tea and coffee making facilities as well as complimentary biscuits. There was ample storage space for clothing and luggage. The bed provided a restful night's sleep, very comfortable.
