I found the breakfast staff to be very kind! They ensured everyone had what they needed. The front desk staff recommended great places. I really enjoyed the local cuisine. The hotel provided a map with highlighted places to visit and recommendations for chocolate shops, it was a very nice touch.
The bathroom was tiny, I barely had room to turn around.

the staff was helpful and offered information about local bars. the location was excellent, a short walk from the city center. i was able to keep baby food in the fridge at the reception.
the bathroom was tiny. it was difficult to use the wc without hitting my head. the breakfast felt overpriced.

The room was noisy. i think the floors are cricky. the room needs an update since the decoration and furniture look old fashioned. It's a real shame.
