the hotel offered child's bicycles to rent, but they did NOT have any available. the restaurant would NOT serve tap water. they charged 5€ for a bottle of filtered water from their kitchen, which I found unacceptable

I found the staff very friendly and helpful . The hotel provides a bus voucher for taxi into the city center for €12. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices. It was easy to jog from the hotel, especially with the park right outside.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. I really appreciated that! I found complimentary iced tea available in the afternoons, such a nice touch. Breakfast had good choices, a delicious and convenient way to start my day! The hotel provides easy access for jogging, with a park and green areas just outside.

I found the hotel had a bicycle theme. I rented bikes there to discover the area. Free parking was available, very useful as I drove. The restaurant was decent. I booked a table in advance. I particularly appreciated the playground for kids. I watched them play while I rested.
I noticed that the gym equipment needs maintenance. this did not affect my stay significantly.
