limited shuttlesteep stairs
I found the shuttle service quite inconvenient. The limited hours didn't align with my plans. A later return in the evening would have been helpful, especially for exploring nearby spots. while the hotel is beautiful, the many steep stairs were a bit challenging to navigate daily. It made getting around the resort slightly tiring at times.

amazing locationwonderful beachloving touch
the hotel location amazed me, it sits on a cliff with views so amazing. i found a nearby beach to be totally wonderful too. a surprise cake and singing for my husband's birthday, arranged by staff, was a loving touch.

The views are fine. I've rarely seen anything comparable. the hotel maintains a super clean, beautiful environment. It provides a luxurious, peaceful escape. breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options (the fruit selection was excellent).
the shuttle service schedule needs improvement. the current fixed times to the pier (9:00 am, 11:00 am, and 6:00 pm) were somewhat restrictive. a later evening return option would greatly enhance convenience.

The location provided very nice views of the surrounding area. It met my expectations.
Accessing facilities was difficult because of the many stairs. It became quite exhausting. navigating the hotel proved frustrating. i would have preferred easier access.

i enjoyed the amazing views from every room and our royal suite sea view 2 bedrooms was fine. breakfast included both continental options and dishes made to order. the staff was very kind and helpful, providing great service throughout the stay.
internet access via wifi in the room was a bit temperamental, difficult to stay connected at times.

the resort is on the side of a hill and cascades down to sea level. free transfers to mae haad are offered three times a day. taxis into town cost about 400 baht for a one way , ten minute journey.

the resort has a dive centre right on site. a practice pool only for divers. kayak and snorkel rentals are available by the beach, allowing guests easy access to water activities. there is happy hour at the pool bar from 5-7 pm.

The breakfast was good with sparkling wine. i saw turtles near the hotel each day. the pool area was nice. It had very good cocktails.
there were many steps, so the hotel is not good for people with mobility issues.
