this hotel was a treat. our treetop villa was amazing, especially the rope bridge for access. the beach was clean with really nice cabanas. the restaurant had tasty food, i ate there every day. i found the service very helpful and friendly .

the hotel sat right on the beach. i could easily reach bars plus fire shows. this location was very convenient for accessing different activities and nearby entertainment venues, without having a long travel.

decent location, some issues
loud musicbetter soundproofing
the noise at night really impacted my stay. beach bars played loud music until the early hours, it was hard to sleep even with earplugs. the resort didn't seem to address this, just apologized. i wish they had done more to mitigate the disruption, or soundproofed the rooms better.
