The villa was fantastic. I stayed in a whitesand sala villa. i really appreciated the proximity to the pool! the hotel provided a convenient taxi service to and from the pier. the location being at the end of the beach added to the peaceful atmosphere.
The restaurant's breakfast options got a little repetitive toward the end of my stay. Some variety would be nice.

the hotel is right on the beach and close to restaurants and activities, so it's a very convenient spot. it is also near many options for boat trips and other excursions. the setting looks fine!

the staff was very helpful and attentive. the hotel provided beach towels and assistance with seating. i even received photos from the paddle yoga session! the staff was so nice it really made our stay great

the resort has large gardens on the hill, overlooking sairee beach. villas are beautifully furnished, spacious and comfortable. the pool is fine and the grounds are lovely and tropical. i found the beach pretty, and the location was great for a walk into town.
The loud music from the nearby bars at night bothered me a little. I had to use earplugs.

The location is strategic. It is a walkable distance from the chaos. The resort is beautifully nestled inside nature and the rooms are spacious.
Our room was near a party area. I did not sleep well. The loud music from nearby bars continued until late at night. The resort did not offer assistance with the noise issue.

The views were the best I have ever had in any hotel or resort. I stayed in a sea view cottage overlooking the turquoise water of Sairee beach..
I stayed in a very expensive villa. The whole resort is very rundown and the pictures are deceiving as the place is very old and in terrible condition.

this hotel was a treat. our treetop villa was amazing, especially the rope bridge for access. the beach was clean with really nice cabanas. the restaurant had tasty food, i ate there every day. i found the service very helpful and friendly .

decent location, some issues
loud musicbetter soundproofing
the noise at night really impacted my stay. beach bars played loud music until the early hours, it was hard to sleep even with earplugs. the resort didn't seem to address this, just apologized. i wish they had done more to mitigate the disruption, or soundproofed the rooms better.
