i found the staff consistently helpful and kind, they always greeted me with a warm smile. i particularly appreciated the prompt attention to my food requests in the restaurant (the chefs are amazing!). the reception staff were efficient, offering a professional welcome and smooth check-out process. the complimentary airport shuttle was convenient and made my arrival seamless.
The room i booked looked slightly different online. it was still comfortable and clean.

The staff were helpful . They arranged taxis and provided support during a period of civil unrest. I found the location ideal, as it allowed easy access to nearby shops and attractions. Breakfast featured a variety of Asian and Western dishes, including fresh omelets and fruit, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
The airport pickup coordination was a bit disorganized. I think some improvements could be made to make this service run smoother.

the staff were very relaxed and friendly to us. the room was lovely with two separated sleeping areas. the bathroom was spacious. breakfast included a barista and an egg chef who were happy to help.
the airport pickup experienced a small hitch. while it was arranged, a smoother coordination would have been beneficial.
