Decent stay. Some letdowns

The beach was lovely with soft sand and clear sea. I appreciated its condition.
The New Year's Eve event was disappointing, especially as they did not consider children. I expected the hotel to provide a better countdown, but there were no fireworks. The pool was filthy during the winter. It had straws and chewing gum at the bottom.

friendly staffclean roomvaried food
the staff were friendly, helpful, and smiling. the rooms were clean and well kept by housekeeping. the food buffet was amazing!!! there was a perfect mix of options. the beach bar near the pools served snacks and drinks. i never went hungry.
the gym only had a few pieces of equipment.

the waiters in the restaurant provided attentive service. the bar staff worked hard to ensure drinks were always available. this helped maintain a relaxing atmosphere and enjoyable experience for all guests.

the staff was helpful and attentive overall it was acceptable.
the food quality was inconsistent i found flies on uncovered food it was quite unappetizing the food was often cold i also experienced some stomach issues after eating at the snack bar the labeling of dishes was unclear making it difficult to know what i was eating
