great hotel experience
helpful staff daily activity positive atmosphere
the hotel staff were helpful. the tui rep alladin provided good information. the animation team were active with guests. i especially appreciated the daily activity options. the entire team kept the atmosphere positive.
the room decor felt somewhat outdated.

The reception area includes currency exchange. It operates efficiently. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. i found staff members consistently professional and prompt in addressing requests.
