the hotel staff were helpful. the tui rep alladin provided good information. the animation team were active with guests. i especially appreciated the daily activity options. the entire team kept the atmosphere positive.

the room decor felt somewhat outdated.

the hotel staff were helpful. hamsa and mohammed were great workers in the restaurant. the spa package was priced reasonably. i thought it was good so i did a 3 day package.

the treatment time got shorter by the third day. a 60 min massage was cut to 45 min.
