Excellent Stay, A Grateful Guest's Perspective

The reception staff upgraded our room to a suite. It was very generous. The suite included a separate living area. The suite also had a balcony with ample seating. I really appreciated the gesture. The beach was pristine. I liked the soft sand. The water was very clear, and the temperature felt perfect. I spent hours swimming and sunbathing. The beach staff kept everything tidy. The main restaurant had variety. The dishes were tasty, especially the local cuisine. I was grateful for the attentive service. The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit. The room was comfortable. The housekeeping staff maintained excellent cleanliness. I was always happy to return to my clean room after a day out. The turndown service was a plus.

It was a slight inconvenience.

fantastic experience

the staff were very good too. the room was clean. the location is amazing.

the mini bar was non existent. i would say, the hotel has a bank this bank will change english money to local money but it will not change it back, that can only be done at the airport only if i have receipt from the bank i exchanged it at. i didn't keep my receipts and lost my money. the snacks at the beach were not covered, so there were flies over them, and birds ate them too.

I appreciated the really kind staff, especially in reception. Mme Mounira and Mr Mohamed were helpful, it. The hotel had a good location close to a private beach. This was a plus for relaxation. Food selection provided nice options for meals.
