Really good Elegance and Service
superb location fantastic water pressure
The hotel's location is superb. I was close to many attractions. The breakfast offered many options (especially the pastries!), and the staff was very attentive. I found the room well-appointed with historical furnishings. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic.
I had to request it via email, which caused an unnecessary delay.

I found the breakfast service attentive. hot items were available on request and the china coffee pot was lovely, awesome for multiple refills. the hotel provided chargers to welcome electronic devices. This was very useful.
the air conditioning was not working, made the room uncomfortably warm. i informed the staff of this issue, hoping it gets resolved .

the hotel is close to the opera house and two favorite cafes. i walked everywhere. the terrace restaurant off the lobby is a nice spot for a quick drink. the concierge booked restaurant reservations and train tickets to budapest. the rooms were well-appointed. the front facing room had sound proofed windows. the staff was always attentive.

I really loved the beautiful queen room. it was so clean, plus, the staff are very helpful! the general experience made me want to come back soon. i especially adored the pillows and bed. It ensured i had such comfortable sleep!

The marble details and gold accents provided a opulent feel. The breakfast selection was diverse, a hot item menu presented a nice addition. I could savor several cups of coffee from a beautiful china pot. Empty sockets were plentiful for charging devices.
