Really good Hotel Experience
convenient location city view friendly staff
The hotel location is good with many food places around. Breakfast offers city views on the 11th floor. I found parking easy with the Parkhaus KII and Schauspielhaus APCOA close by. It provided plenty of spaces. The staff are very friendly, from reception to the bar. The cafe is EXCELLENT.
The air con was not working. I found no tea or coffee in my room.

The staff displayed friendliness from reception to the bar on the top floor. They promptly addressed any questions that arose throughout my visit. the service was efficient and attentive with proactive help.

Breakfast occurs on the 11th floor, showcasing city views. The variety of options was nice. I appreciated the fresh pastries and fruit selection available for breakfast each morning.

The location is ideal with transport and pedestrian access. It is near the city center with many restaurants nearby. I found it easy to explore the area on foot from the hotel.
