pleasant and clean accommodation

the staff member gave a warm welcome. i was allowed to check in early, which i found very helpful. the room had all i needed. the bed was comfortable, and i enjoyed a relaxing sleep.
i noticed very slight wear and tear throughout the hotel, particularly in the soft furnishings.

my room was quite spacious and well kept (everything felt very fresh). the bathroom was super clean and modern, and the provided toiletries smelled very pleasant. i appreciated the small details that enhanced my stay.

The room was quite clean, which I appreciated. The double bed in the room provided sufficient comfort. I also found the free parking right outside the hotel really helpful. Sabrina was very friendly and helpful, she gave very clear instructions.
The steps going into the main building were steep. I am getting older now! The staircase was quite steep as well. It would have been nice to have some heating on as it wasn't warm. We are now in winter time.

The staff was very friendly, providing leaflets for indian takeaway. I bought it that night. she showed me the basement kitchen and living room. my daughter and i ate our supper there. IT was very nice.
i asked about the heating because it was very cold, and they said it might take time. it came ON at 4-5am and went off at 8am. The tv didn't work even i asked.
