the staff was very helpful! i easily accessed shops, restaurants, and key attractions. everything was nice and neat. the location is really unbeatable.
The room door's secondary locking mechanism was non-functional. It's a slight worry.

the hotel is near shops and restaurants. key attractions are within walking distance, a great feature. exploring the area becomes easy due to its great positioning.

the family suite had plenty of room for relaxation after a long day. the bathroom was spacious and clean, a plus for families. the suite really seemed like a perfect retreat.

the room was spacious with comfortable bed. the location was quite convenient with supermarkets nearby. the breakfast provided good value and a decent spread.
the parking spaces were very narrow it was hard to navigate. the pool was not heated which was a shame. i also found the outside furniture quite dirty.

The location is convenient to shops. It is central to restaurants. Air conditioning worked well.
The room was not in the main building. The curtains did not block out the light. The bed kept sliding. The wheel lock mechanism was not properly working.
