convenient location modern room street parking limited facilities
the location was central. close to eat street, it was easy to find dinner, we loved how close we were to other facilities. the room was spacious and modern. it had a very comfortable bed. i loved all the fittings and fixtures too.
We arrived and there was no parking available. i had to park on the street. the room felt more like a motel. The indoor pool felt more like a hot tub. there were no other facilities.

a mixed bag
the hotel's location was fairly central , easy enough to get around from.
the soundproofing was non-existent , i could hear everything. people chatting , doors slamming , and some sort of clanging noise early in the morning. it was like living inside a drum.

Check-in was smooth. staff gave great assistance with my luggage right to my room! the facilities are beautifully presented showcasing class and quality. i found the private spa really good. It felt pleasant because of the painting and wall art..
The parking on the grounds is a bit limited. there's plenty of parking at the back on the road.

The staff are cute and friendly, offering help and assistance the entire time. quality service were great my expectations. one evening i caught a trout. The staff kindly prepared it and served it to us beautifully for breakfast the next morning.

the location is excellent. it is convenient for shopping and food choices. i found all the main places to visit are right on the doorstep. being able to walk downtown was very handy.

the location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants and the lake area for a stroll. i found the room very clean and well equipped with necessary amenities. the public areas presented a chic and modern design that i found cute.
I noticed sounds from staff communication early in the morning. It lacked a tranquil terrace.
