I found the doorman to be friendly and helpful upon arrival. he provided a quick tour before showing me to my room. It overlooked the pool. the pool area's gated separation from the bar, breakfast area, and evening dining space worked well. i liked the availability of both shade and sunshine.
i found the lighting in the bathroom to be a bit strange. it turned itself on and off at times. this was inconvenient, though not a major issue.

The staff was attentive, always smiling and eager to assist with any request. valet parking was efficient. They always took care of all the details. i appreciated the fresh water provided daily.

The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of options. The staff served coffee and tea. the paseo restaurant offered good options for both drinks and lunch. Its atmosphere was nice. i enjoyed the courtyard setting for breakfast.
