amazing stay at a fabulous hotel!
fresh fruits high-quality coffee peaceful location really good care
i enjoyed the excellent breakfast. it offered a rich variety of fresh fruits and high-quality coffee. warm dishes were also available and there were pastries. the hotel location was excellent. it was peaceful, while offering easy access to nearby attractions. ronit at dar al masyaf provided really good care.
the e-butler service for whatsapp was unreliable. i wonder if it was a chat bot rather than an actual person. this was a very minor issue, though.

the room was spacious and well equipped. it provided everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the serene ambience made it easy to unwind after a long day. housekeeping standards were high, which i appreciated.

breakfast at la promenade was a highlight. gigi and olga were especially warm. they created an atmosphere that felt familiar and cute. the food was AMAZING!!! there was also a large variety of options.

the staff was professional and friendly. the hotel manager was accommodating when my husband needed medical assistance. grace helped me order food and brought me drinks. the concierge service was very helpful and friendly.

a balanced view of my stay
spacious room super clean room beautifully maintained area rude butler poor taste standard food
the rooms were spacious and super clean. housekeeping maintained high standards throughout my stay. the surrounding areas were quiet and beautifully maintained.
i cannot remember his name but he had a fantastic sense of humour , he were really good too be helpful and i so looked forward to seeing him each day. one day he was replaced with a new butler , and then a long string of other temporary butlers. arboretum once had a la carte standard food with huge amounts of choice , but it is now smaller and redecorated in poor taste.

really good villa Experience
beachfront villa great restaurants
I received an upgrade to a beachfront villa. the villa has lots of excellent restaurants. wild wadi water park is included, a good experience for the children. The park was easily accessible from the resort, i think it was a great family activity.
during my stay, the sundowner hours changed to 5pm-7pm. previously, the hours were 6pm-8pm. this earlier time was inconvenient because i found it difficult to be ready for dinner by 5pm.

the staff members were very helpful. they promptly addressed all our requests and provided detailed information about the resort amenities.

the hotel offered multiple dining options. we sampled several restaurants, including rockfish, and found the food quality was excellent. the breakfast buffet included a wide selection of fresh fruits and pastries.

My room included a spacious layout and comfortable furnishings. the bathroom was very clean, equipped with high-end toiletries and plush towels. Daily housekeeping kept the room in pristine condition throughout my stay.

My recent visit confirmed this hotel remains a personal favourite. The private villa provided a tranquil, residential atmosphere. The butler service was discreet and thoughtful, (the attention to detail stood out). Faisal from Housekeeping showed reliability and care.

a luxurious escape!
spacious rooms maintained grounds efficient butlers
I enjoyed the spacious rooms and the well-kept grounds. the gondolas provided a relaxing way to travel around the complex. the butler service assisted with various needs. It was very helpful.
