The room had old furnishings, specifically in the bathroom. The shower was in the same space as the toilet, so the area became wet after showering. I asked to be moved to another room at check-in but was offered an upgrade for an extra charge.

Our room was spacious and very well-designed. Housekeeping paid great attention to detail, and everything was always perfectly clean. The staff was attentive, especially toward our baby. We enjoyed the wonderful pools and the activities offered onsite. The food was AMAZING!!!

The resort exudes a beautiful ambiance. The gardens are well kept. The staff were helpful. I also found the pools clean. Breakfast was a real highlight with plentiful options. The service was always with a genuine smile. I will definitely return to this place. The restaurants offered AMAZING!!! food.

The gym was rather small and quite a walk from my room. This minor inconvenience did not overshadow the positive aspects of my stay. It was slight.
