The room was spacious and clean. The facilities were very convenient. I appreciated the excellent cleaning and the courteous housekeeping team. They were respectful of my schedule and made sure everything was in order when I returned.

The location is convenient near a metro station. It is also close to a large shopping center. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating. I received a birthday cake which was very nice.
The shower in the bathroom did not drain properly. This caused the bathroom floor to flood. The breakfast options were average and not always appealing. Sometimes the corridor was noisy due to guests talking loudly.

The noise levels were unacceptable. A nightclub operates within the hotel. even on the 14th floor, sleep was impossible due to the loud music. additionally, the water temperature in the bathroom fluctuated constantly, it changed from hot to cold continuously.

I found the proximity to the metro station very convenient as it was a short walk. Its closeness to a major shopping center proved beneficial. The staff was cute and always ready to assist with requests I had. I especially appreciated the daily room service which kept everything tidy.
The elevators experienced occasional delays during peak hours.

The location is very convenient with easy access to the mall. There are many restaurants and a carrefour within a short walk. The hotel provides good wifi and daily refills of water and tea. The room was always clean and stocked with fresh towels.
the lifts experienced maintenance which reduced the number available. This caused some delays during peak hours. I hope they get this fixed soon.
