The room was very comfy and tidy. i appreciated the convenient location near transport options. the staff members were helpful. I found them very polite and quick to respond to requests.

wonderful stay
great location shopping mall easy travel spacious room
i enjoyed my stay because the hotel is near many places. a big shopping mall is within walking distance. the metro is close too, this helped me travel around. the room was spacious with a nice city view.
the parking area was a bit tight. it was somewhat difficult to maneuver my car in the small space. this was the only slight inconvenience i experienced during my otherwise very pleasant stay.

the breakfast had a great spread of options. the restaurant menu included decent indian dishes. the staff even helped with baby food when i requested it.

the staff provided good support . the facilities were clean, and the staff was helpful. i really appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request.

the room was a good size and had nice views. the wifi worked perfectly throughout my stay. it was beneficial to have a comfortable and well-equipped space during my trip.

Acceptable stay with some issues
enclosed pool area threadbare towels
The hotel is conveniently located near a large shopping center and the metro station is easily accessible.
The pool area on the 14th floor felt very enclosed and depressing. I also found the bathroom towels were old and threadbare, they definitely need replacing. The lobby lacked sufficient seating and the furniture looked quite dated.

convenient location helpful staff onsite parking
The hotel is next to a mall with many shops and restaurants. This location includes convenient access to a grocery store. The hotel also has parking and that is useful if you drive. Staff members are very helpful and want my stay to be better.
The swimming pool is the smallest swimming pool I have seen in such hotels.
