Solid stay for a traveller

The saltwater lagoon offered a unique snorkeling experience with various fish. Breakfast had great options with a wide selection of fruits and juices. The coconut juice at the bar was very refreshing. I appreciated the seating around the pool (it was quite extensive).
The parking fee of $24 per night seemed a bit excessive, especially considering the room cost. I also thought the $6 delivery fee for room service was a bit much.

The pool had a water slide that was popular with kids. The gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There are also basketball and tennis courts available .

The hotel is near many attractions. The tour companies picked up and dropped guests off at the hotel. Bike riding was a good option because there was no need to get on the highway.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The staff was very responsive and tried to accommodate requests quickly. Room service was efficient and the food arrived promptly (the coffee was especially good).

slightly tarnished shine

no follow-upexpensive snowjacket
I wouldn't say i was thrilled. there was this snow jacket i put under my pillow, gone the next morning. i called, and nobody seemed to care. No follow-up, nothing. so, basically, i paid a fortune and lost a jacket. great.
