excellent stay
modern aesthetic functional kitchen indoor pool outdoor spa
i liked the modern aesthetic of the building inside and out. i found two tvs in my suite, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. there was a living room, bedroom, and a functional kitchen. the indoor and outdoor spa and pool were a plus i enjoyed
the room needed more cleaning and i felt it was dusty.

i stayed in a two bedroom ocean suite. it had amazing views. the kitchen was fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer. CHECK-OUT was easy AND FAST.
i found fingerprints left on the glassware. the toilet paper roll was less than half full. the bed mattress felt very firm and hard. i was not comfortable. MY partner wasn't either.

broken hairdryer inefficient air conditioning
The apartment clearly needed MORE attention to detail. The oven in our room did not work, and the hairdryer was also broken. I found myself missing basic cleaning supplies to wash dishes after using them. The air conditioning was not efficient at ALL , it barely cooled the room.

Great Location and Spacious Suites
perfect location spacious room dynamic elevators
The hotel's location impressed me! Being directly across from the beach made it convenient. The short walk to shops and restaurants was a definite plus. I particularly enjoyed the dynamic elevators and the spacious room. Securing a good online deal only enhanced my stay.
I found the pick-up and drop-off area quite cluttered and somewhat ineffective. While I was fortunate to find parking under the building, navigating to P3 in the car park proved confusing with less-than-ideal signage. the absence of room cleaning for four days was a bit inconvenient. I had to request additional supplies like washing liquid and coffee.

The heated indoor pool was a nice addition. I noted that the gym contained three treadmills. There were also two stationary bikes available for guest use.
