a romantic escape!
excellent service great waterpark comfortable bed central location
nitin and the lobby lounge team provided excellent service. the waterpark was great for relaxation, and it had excellent visibility. the comfortable bed and mini desk suited our holiday perfectly. the resort's central location allowed us to access everything (especially the theme parks), and we would definitely return.
i found the resort map somewhat confusing initially, making navigation a little challenging.

our premium double room had modern decor and super comfortable beds. the room included a mini-fridge and a safe for valuables. daily cleaning ensures the room remains tidy (a very nice detail).

the shoreline restaurant provided great customer service by patrick. breakfast included a wide variety of options and high-quality ingredients. (the coffee was great!) the restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating to dietary needs.

the staff demonstrated a commitment to ensuring guests felt valued and attended to. andrew, the bus driver, offered very informative and friendly service. the team worked hard to provide help whenever needed.
