fantastic apartment stay!

i found the room to be a good size. the apartment had an awesome view of both the ocean and the city (i was in the master bedroom, it was a treat!). staff were very accommodating, especially as i had a service dog with me. the spa was awesome too.
The gym is very basic. It only has cardio equipment and no weights, i think they need new equipment to meet the standards.

the room was very spacious and well-equipped. i had lovely views from the room (especially at sunset!). the room included a comfortable king-size bed and a separate living area with a sofa and television.

the location was excellent, placing me close to both the beach and various shops and restaurants. i could easily walk to nearby attractions and enjoy the surrounding area. this made exploring very convenient.

The room was spacious and clean. Amenities included toiletries hairdryer kitchenware iron laundry dishwasher coffee tea milk salt and pepper. Housekeeping did a good job keeping us stocked with clean towels coffee and milk. The location was convenient being close to the beach restaurants shopping and a grocery store.
The room lacked modern conveniences and personal touches. There were no lamps to soften the lighting and little decor to add warmth. The apartment had strange empty spaces because of its funny shape. Cups were tiny.

the three bedroom spa apartment was very large. splitting the beds into singles for the four children was simple. the apartment offered a wonderful view (i especially enjoyed the sunrises). all communication with the staff was efficient.
i found that getting fresh coffee and sugar was inconvenient, as only two coffee pods and five sugar sachets were provided daily.

the breakfast area was well kept. the breakfast had a wide array of options. i noticed that the staff kept everything tidy and fully stocked.

the hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to the beach. the tram line is also nearby, providing quick transport. surfers paradise is within walking distance, with a range of dining and shopping options.

the team provided efficient service and was friendly. communications were clear and timely. i appreciated the attentiveness of the staff (they were always ready to assist) and the smooth check-in and check-out processes.
