I noticed the tennis court looked a little neglected. The net was torn.

the tennis court was not well taken care of. the net was torn, it looked they do not clean the area. a piece of metal on a bench hurt my husband.

The staff's kindness was amazing I appreciated their readiness to assist with all needs. I traveled with my baby they ensured we had everything necessary for her. The hotel provides excellent facilities for children and ample outdoor space I found these very convenient. The breakfast was very nice I especially enjoyed the variety.
The hotel is a bit far from key attractions I noticed that the location requires some travel to reach certain sites. Despite this minor inconvenience I still had a very pleasant experience. I was grateful for the overall quality of service.

The Executive King Room had an really good lounge access I benefited greatly from this amenity. The room included separate areas for working and relaxing it was very spacious. I found the design to be modern and very well-kept I liked the overall design.

the staff were very helpful and polite. the breakfast buffet was delicious and diverse. i found it easy to navigate. the hotel atmosphere was fantastic.
The gym could have been better. the offerings weren't as good as other hotels. my request to keep me away from kids was ignored. the pool entrance lacked privacy. It was embarrassing for women.
