The staff at the pool was helpful. Suresh, the lifeguard, was especially courteous.
Housekeeping was not great. Dust remained on bedside tables for five days. Shower gel was not replenished for three days. After requesting it, the conditioner was empty. OVERALL, housekeeping definitely needs some improvements.

I found a couple of issues . The service in the restaurant was slow, and sometimes I had to wait longer than expected for my orders to arrive. the advertised happy hour (buy one get one free) was misleading. It only applied to a limited selection of drinks, not the cocktails shown in the promotional material. (This felt a little unfair.)
