fantastic stay

maintained grounds lovely staff ideal package

the grounds are well maintained to very high standards. the staff members are very accommodating and lovely. i got a swim up room, and i was able to go straight into the pool from my room. it was ideal, and is definitely the package i will always choose, swim up room, accommodating staff.

my one slight issue concerned the plastic containers used for juices and teas at breakfast.

The hotel had unbelievable restaurants with an amazing food selection. There were many things to choose from. it was easy to find something for my taste. room service is a dial away, and the quality of the food is very nice.

The breakfast was lovely with an omelet station and fresh tropical fruits. The management handled sun bed reservations well. Towels were removed after an hour if beds were unoccupied.

My room smelled like mold which was horrible. All our belongings absorbed that smell. The room itself was beautiful, but the strong odor ruined everything. It was a very disappointing experience.

perfect service lovely touch spacious bathroom

the service was perfect. the housekeeping team maintained the rooms beautifully. turn-down service was a lovely touch. i also found bath salts provided in the spacious bathroom with a shower and bath. the team celebrated my birthday and ensured i had a wonderful time. i appreciated their efforts.

the gym was a bit of a walk. its location seemed a little out of the way. it made it less convenient to fit in a quick workout.

The hotel offered immaculate rooms. These rooms were consistently cleaned to a high standard.

The breakfast area was not up to par. It had the atmosphere of a train station, especially during busy times. The drinks at the breakfast buffet included juices served from plastic containers. This was not in line with a hotel of this purported caliber.

missing crib mildew smell

the expansive pool area provided ample space for relaxation.

i was quite annoyed. a promised crib for my child never arrived, and after multiple calls, i had to fetch it myself from the storage room. the room smelled strongly of mildew, a problem they tried to mask with air freshener, it did no good.
