the service was perfect. the housekeeping team maintained the rooms beautifully. turn-down service was a lovely touch. i also found bath salts provided in the spacious bathroom with a shower and bath. the team celebrated my birthday and ensured i had a wonderful time. i appreciated their efforts.

the gym was a bit of a walk. its location seemed a little out of the way. it made it less convenient to fit in a quick workout.

The hotel offered immaculate rooms. These rooms were consistently cleaned to a high standard.

The breakfast area was not up to par. It had the atmosphere of a train station, especially during busy times. The drinks at the breakfast buffet included juices served from plastic containers. This was not in line with a hotel of this purported caliber.

the expansive pool area provided ample space for relaxation.

i was quite annoyed. a promised crib for my child never arrived, and after multiple calls, i had to fetch it myself from the storage room. the room smelled strongly of mildew, a problem they tried to mask with air freshener, it did no good.
