the breakfast had a lot of variety, acceptable (especially the fresh fruit!).
The rooms felt quite dated. I noticed the shower pressure was low. it hardly made it over the stone seat in the shower room, annoying.

the location was excellent, spanning between the east and west bays and it offered easy access to restaurants.
our beautiful cottage garden view showed stain on bedding and mosquitos were present in the room. a centipede even looked in the bathroom, a level of cleanliness i did not expect.

I especially liked the two common pools. It gave options for swimming away from the beach crowds. i found the beach access convenient, being located right on the hotel. the staff was polite and helpful (always smiling!).
the room i stayed in seemed a little old and perhaps could use some updates.

the beautiful double room includes a comfortable bed (perfect for a good night's sleep) and a balcony. this balcony offers a place to relax and enjoy the views of the surroundings. the room also features air conditioning, a necessity in the thai heat.

The location is amazing with easy access to both the east and west beaches. I particularly enjoyed that they refilled the fridge daily with complimentary drinks and snacks. The staff resolved a small bathroom issue quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. The breakfast options are varied and the coffee is better than most hotels (a huge plus!).

The staff helped promptly and were readily available. The pick-up service from the pier was seamless, and the luggage assistance was helpful. I found the team to be very efficient and supportive.

The room was spacious and well-kept (fresh beach towels daily!). I loved the complimentary minibar that was restocked every day with a selection of water, Coca-Cola, chocolates, and chips, with a convenient option for refreshments. The bed was really comfortable.

The hotel's position between the east and west beaches is perfect for exploring. Walking everywhere was easy since there are no cars on the island, I loved that! The proximity to the beaches is really ideal for quick access.
