really good staff super clean facilities easy check-out overpriced food expensive massage downtown distance
the staff were really good and always super clean. the bars opened early, and there was always plenty to do, even on rainy days. alisha and lj at reception made our check-out process easy. mark at reception somehow managed to organise a fascinating day trip for us.
the food was a little overpriced. massages were also a bit expensive. (but it was okay since the nearby food and massages were great and inexpensive!) getting downtown was easy.

spacious room large bed
the room was spacious. the bed was large! the air conditioning worked efficiently. the resort offered direct beach access. but the pool was enormous with an interesting shape.
during checkout, i experienced communication difficulties with some staff. their communication skills seemed poor.

the staff managed requests promptly. the front desk staff addressed issues quickly. there were no delays, helpful. overall, the service was efficient and effective. they were all great.

a romantic escape!!!
helpful staff free shuttle local spots
I loved the staff. They were so nice and helpful. the free shuttle service into town was so helpful for getting around. i liked that i could rent a scooter nearby and discover the local spots.
The location is a bit remote. Taxis are readily available though.

the room had a huge balcony to relax on plus a comfy bed. it also featured a topper. the housekeeping staff were always smiling and so friendly throughout my entire stay.

staff members were very accommodating and courteous. the manager at reception was especially helpful, despite my forgetting her name. staff members were helpful regarding my gluten allergy, which i greatly appreciated.

The in-room dining food was surprisingly very good. breakfast included delicious chocolate waffles. i especially enjoyed the thai iced coffees at breakfast. My mum loved them so much .

gentle staff holiday books shallow pool rotten structures
i adored the gentle staff they greeted me warmly. the library was a sweet surprise it was filled with many holiday reading books to browse.
the pool access room pool was disappointingly shallow. some wooden structures needed replacement i noticed some rotten or not attached.
