The location was excellent, close to the Monkey Forest. Our room was designed to blend in with nature. The complimentary shuttle to the center was helpful, though the area is walkable.

The room faced the restaurant, and I heard some noise at night. Waitresses were dragging chairs. Their walking created noise. I had to complain.

I liked how friendly the staff were . The restaurant had a good view. The room service was really fast.

The gym was small, it just had a few weights. My room was close to the road, so it was noisy sometimes. The breakfast menu lacked variety and did not adapt to my needs.

I was disappointed with my villa. My view was not of nature, but of broken wood and trash. The bed creaked loudly, and the sheets were uncomfortable!

the staff were lovely and attentive. the bed was the comfiest i have ever slept in!!! i felt any request was happily fulfilled. the hotel tour was a comfortable ride and provided a really nice experience.

The breakfast options were limited. I wished there had been more variety. i especially missed dairy-free alternatives, such as vegan cheese or yogurt.
